Get a Grip on Wrist Pain

Our modern lifestyle is hard on the wrist and hands. As our lives become more sedentary, our hands work harder as our feet work less. Work, home and leisure activities include gripping, repetitive motion, finger and wrist flexion, prolonged positions with the hand closed in a fist. Gripping a steering wheel, computer activities, texting, use of tools all create wrist stress. Over time and repetition, these activities can result in weakness of the hand, numbness or tingling in the hand and fingers, grip weakness, pain of the hand wrist and arm. I am so grateful to Oralena for the opportunity that she gave me to contribute to the subject of health and wellness on her local program.
